Irakli Tsankashvili

Irakli Tsankashvili is a Founding Partner of JUSTICE LEAGUE. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial law, with a practice focused on contracts and commercial obligations, civil procedure, secured transactions, corporate and employment law, as well as intellectual property (trademarks, copyright and related rights) and broadcasting and communications law.

Irakli regularly represents and advises clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, and has successfully resolved disputes with an aggregate value in the tens of millions of GEL. He also leads the firm's outsourced legal services practice, advising corporate clients on the regulatory compliance of their business operations and contractual arrangements.

Irakli has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2017 and has served as a Mentor Lawyer of the Association since 2021. He has been an accredited member of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators since 2022.
