Nino Lipartia
Executive Board Member
On December 21, 2025, Nino Lipartia was elected as a Member of the Executive Board of the Georgian Bar Association by the decision of the General Assembly of the Bar Association.
Nino Lipartia - Doctor of Law, Professor, and practicing attorney, whose career encompasses both the development of the national legal system and active participation on international legal platforms.
In 2012, she graduated with honors from Tbilisi State University's master's program, and in 2019 completed the doctoral program at the same university's Faculty of Law, earning the academic degree of Doctor of Law.
Since 2020, Nino has been elected as a professor at Grigol Robakidze University, and since 2013 has been a professor at Ilia State University's School of Law. From 2017-2023, she was an associate professor at Sulkhan-Saba University. From 2013-2017, she was a trainer in various areas for the Georgian Bar Association and the High School of Justice of Georgia.
In addition to her academic and pedagogical activities, Nino has been practicing law since 2010. From 2010-2012, she was an attorney at David Eristavi Legal Group, and from 2011-2024 served as head of the legal department at JSC Ardi Insurance. Since 2022, she is the founder of Nino Lipartia Law Office.
She is the founder and partner of the Medical Disputes Center, legal advisor to several leading organizations, an arbitrator, and a mediator.
Nino leads several professional associations, including serving as founder and chair of the Legal Profession Development Center (since 2016), chair of the Board of Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession (since 2018), member of the Board of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia, and deputy chair of the Legal Committee for Asia and Persian Gulf Countries of the Business Chamber.
Since 2025, Nino is a member of the World Association for Medical Law (WAML) and is currently nominated as the national representative of Georgia for this organization. Additionally, since 2024, she has been a member and local representative of the European Association of Health Law (EAHL).
Since 2014, Nino has received numerous honorary scholarships at various times, including educational scholarships covering study visits to various educational centers: the Hague Academy of International Law, the International Academy of Arbitration in Paris, the Academy of Mediation in Prague, the Centre for International Law at the National University of Singapore, the Xiamen Academy of International Law, and others.
Nino regularly represents Georgia at international congresses and conferences, including the World Congress of Bioethics, the annual meeting of the European Law Association, the Singapore International Arbitration Academy, and also lectures at European universities under the Erasmus+ program.
Nino Lipartia is the author/co-author of several monographs, textbooks, and more than ten academic papers on medical law, labor law, bank guarantees, arbitration, and ADR. Additionally, since 2014, she has been an accreditation expert and council member (2018-2019) of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia.
Nino has been awarded for her outstanding contribution to the field of law (2025) and was nominated as Woman Leader of the Year from the non-governmental sector (2019).
