Giorgi Pantsulaia

Executive Board Member

On December 14, 2025, Giorgi Pantsulaia was elected as a Member of the Executive Board of the Georgian Bar Association by resolution of the Association’s General Assembly.

He has 13 years of successful legal practice in criminal law. His professional experience includes courtroom representation in particularly complex and high-profile criminal cases.
Since 2019, he has served as a Mentor Advocate with the Georgian Bar Association.
In 2018, he founded the law firm Giorgi Pantsulaia & Partners, where he serves as Founder and Director.
In 2016, he successfully completed the Georgian Bar Association’s Juvenile Justice Certification Examination.
From 2014 to 2015, he was invited as a guest lecturer in Parliamentary Debate at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 2014, he was named National Champion in Parliamentary Debate among legal professionals, under the auspices of the Young Lawyers’ Association of Georgia.
Between 2010 and 2014, he participated in a number of significant projects at the Tbilisi office of the Young Lawyers’ Association of Georgia.
In 2010, he successfully passed the qualification examination for staff of the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.

Giorgi Pantsulaia earned his Master of Laws  degree with honours from Akaki Tsereteli State University. He previously graduated with honours from the same university’s undergraduate programme in Law. He also completed continuing legal education programmes in criminal law and civil law at the Tbilisi Training Center of the Young Lawyers’ Association of Georgia.
