On November 15, a guide for general and criminal law attorneys - "Rules for obtaining evidence and substantiating legal documents" was presented. The guide was developed by the Bar Association with the support of the Council of Europe and authored by local and international experts from the same organization. The handbook covers important issues that arise in the day-to-day work of criminal lawyers and incorporate important typical legal forms and documents. Please be informed that the electronic version of the manual will be posted on the Association's website later.
