A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Georgian Bar Association and one of Europe’s leading professional organizations, the French National Bar Council (CNB). The agreement was signed by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Georgian Bar Association, and Marie-Aimée Perroni, Chair of the European and International Affairs Committee of the French National Bar Council (CNB).
The memorandum aims to strengthen professional cooperation and promote the exchange of experience between the parties. It includes joint initiatives focused on the exchange of best professional practices, the analysis of the French legal system and legislation, as well as the sharing of French legal expertise with Georgian lawyers through various educational and professional meetings. These initiatives will contribute to enhancing the professional qualifications of lawyers and strengthening international professional ties.
In addition, the agreement provides support for the professional development and practical training of French-speaking Georgian lawyers through the sharing of experience by French colleagues and by facilitating their participation in professional activities and exchanges.
