Women's Labor Rights, Legislation, Challenges in Practice, and National Enforcement Mechanisms - a conference on these topics was held by the Labor Law Committee of the Bar Association with the support of the American Center for Solidarity.

Issues related to women's rights were discussed at the meeting, such as:

• The difference between the salaries of women and men;
• Women's labor rights and challenges in terms of its effective implementation;
• Enforcement of labor legislation on gender discrimination and protection of women's labor rights.

At the end of the meeting, the participants presented an action plan developed to improve women's labor rights.
