As you know, as a result of the agreement reached between the President of the Association and the management of the Special Penitentiary Institution, all 28 meeting rooms in №8 Penitentiary Institution - from 09:00 to 11:00 - are dedicated to meetings between lawyers and clients, and from 11:00 to 18:00 Equally distributed in appointments and meetings with lawyers. However, the time allotted for lawyers and client meetings has been moved from 18:00 to 19:00.

According to the statistics of the last 2 weeks, during the mentioned period, 790 lawyers visited №8 penitentiary institutions: 35% between 09:00 and 11:00, and 65% between 11:00 and 19:00.

However, as you know, the Bar Association is already working on the creation of a special online portal for pre-booking a lawyer's visit to №8 penitentiary institution, which will be launched in the near future. Before the launch of this portal, we would like to ask the lawyers once again to make the most of the period from 9 am to 11 am to meet with the client. If the rate of lawyers visiting during this period is close to 50%, the problem of queues during the day will be avoided.
