On February 3, 2022, meeting was held between the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili and the Chairman of the Bar Association Davit Asatiani. The major issue of the discussion between President Zurabishvili and Chairman Asatiani was the importance of building credible and quality justice system in Georgia as part of the process of national dialogue and consensus initiated by the President.  

David Asatiani underlined that the Georgian Bar Association, which has solid professional competence, is ready to be actively involved in the process of national dialogue and consensus and depolarization. The Bar Association will participate in discussions and events related to this process, together with representatives of other justice professions.

Above mentioned meeting between President Zurabishvili and Chairman  Asatiani was held within the framework of the President's initiative - the process of national dialogue and consensus.
