On February 01, GBA arranged the presentation of obligatory internship system’s conception for entering the profession, attended by the representatives of international organizations, members of the Georgian Parliament, judges and prosecutors.

According to the statement of the Chairman of the  Educational Board and member of the Executive Board of GBA- Irakli Kandashvili, obligatory internship systemincludes the preparation of an applicant in professional skills and practical course, that is aimed to provide the profession with the applicants owning practical knowledge and skills of legal practice.

The system is to set in force from January 1, 2017

The reform is supported by the Project “Support Rule of Law” - International Agency of USA and European Council.
