On April 07, discussion of the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code (drafted by the Ministry of Justice) was held in GBA office. The main topic of the meeting was the proposed edition of the article 76 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code, providing the new regulations referred to the accused and witness evidences. Participants reviewed the international experience and Georgian court practice; also they expressed opinions regarding the improvement of the bill, which will be sent to the initiator of the draft-law.
