He’s qualified lawyer and doctor.

He’s the member of Georgian bar association since 2006, he’s attorney since 2001, he has general specialization in law, also he has additional specializations – Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Rights (civil).

He’s certified in mediation, he has too many international certificates. Also he has awards for professional and social achievements and for his contribution in improving law.

He is the current chairman of Georgian bar association’s regional committee in Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti since 2018.

He’s the chairman of Georgian bar association’s regional committee of professional rights in Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti since 2022.

He’s the current official lawyer of Chkondidi diocese.

Also he engages in creative activities – he writes verses and publications. In different times he had held numerous positions, for example: the director of Law Company; the chairman of Abasha city hall’s law department; Lawyer of Senaki high school, also teacher of the civic education in the same school; the director of LLC “Gzebi” in Batumi city; director’s deputy of LLC “Shara – Gzamsheni Pirveli” in Khobi city; the acting rector of   Economical - humanitarian university; the lawyer and doctor of adult polyclinic in Zugdidi city and the doctor of  N9 clinical hospital in Tbilisi; the lawyer of Chkondidi diocese; the representative person of the Patriarchate of Georgia and the Patriarch of Georgia; the member of district election commission and political parties; the tutor of officials; also the member of numerous permanent or temporary commissions.
