Sesili Qadaria

Committee Chairperson

In 2025 Sesili was elected as the Chairperson of the Insolvency Law Committee at the Georgian Bar Association. In 2024, she became a member of the Insolvency International Association of International Insolvency Experts (England).

In 2023-24, she held the position of Head of the Project “Student Resource Development” at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. In 2022, she became a licensed lawyer under the Hague Convention,

Since 2020, she has been elected as a Guest lecturer at Tbilisi State University. In 2018-22, she was the Chairperson of the Administrative Law Committee at the Georgian Bar Association.

Sesili  is the founder of the Law Academy and a practicing lawyer, her portfolio includes a number of successfully completed cases in tax law, insolvency law, and other disputes.

Education:

Sesili  Kadaria graduated with honors from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor's degree

Master of Business Law - Free University - Doctor of Law - Tbilisi State University.

In 2019, Sesili studied European Private Law at the Salzburg State University (Austria) and was a researcher at the Munich State University (Germany) and Heidelberg State University (Germany).

Sesili is an accreditation expert in the  National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. She participated in the process of authorization/accreditation of universities in Georgia.

She has received a certificate of honor for her outstanding contribution to the protection of human rights.

Sesili is the author of the textbook “Insolvency Law” and scientific articles.
