The Chairman of the Bar Association met with graduates of the theoretical component of the professional adaptation course.

Within the framework of the meeting, Irakli Kandashvili discussed in detail with the participants the main challenges and existing shortcomings identified during the implementation of the course, which will be taken into account in the future to further improve the educational process.

Currently, the 14th cohort is undergoing the professional adaptation course. After successfully completing the three-month theoretical component, the participants will proceed to the practical stage together with mentor lawyers. This stage will last nine months and aims to deepen professional skills and practical experience.

At the initiative of the Chairman of the Association, similar meetings with participants of educational programs will be held on a regular basis.
