Giorgi Megrelishvili was born on March 8, 1999, in Zestafoni. In 2017, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, which he successfully graduated from in 2022, earning a Bachelor of Law degree. In 2023, he continued his studies at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University in the Master’s Program in Law. In 2025, he defended his Master’s thesis on the topic: “The Standard for Imposing Imprisonment on a Person Accused of an Economic Crime” and was awarded a Master of Law degree. In 2025, he successfully passed the Bar Qualification Exam, and in 2026, he became a member of the Georgian Bar Association. He began his professional career in 2020 and has since actively represented the rights and interests of both individuals and legal entities in civil and administrative law. Since 2026, he has been practicing as a criminal defense lawyer.
